Get A Tax Compliance Certificate

A Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) is necessary to ensure that an individual or an organisation is tax compliant, and that all tax-liabilities and wage related statutory deductions are up to date, where applicable. It further serves to encourage voluntary compliance. Individuals and organisations that are registered for e-Services with Tax Administration Jamaica will have access to apply online using their new e-Service facility.

  1. Your application forms can be submitted via email, fax or office visit.
  1. Your company TRN was provided with the Certificate of Incorporation when you registered your business.
  2. Tax Administration Jamaica has become the "One Stop" agency for obtaining a TCC. Customers who are up to date in their payments are able to communicate directly with TAJ to make their applications and will receive their certificates at that office within 24-hours. Visit the TAJ Website.
  1. Please note if you apply for a TCC using the “One Stop” process you need not contact the other organisations: NIS, NHT or HEART, nor apply over the counter.
